LOOKING AFTER YOUR BLOOMED LDN CANDLE
Never leave a burning candle unattended. The container of this candle may heat up during burning, avoid touching or moving the container during burning. Burn candles out of reach of children and pet. Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles. Do not burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Only burn this candle on a level heat resistant surface.
When lighting for the first time allow the candle to burn until an even burn pool has formed, we recommend about two hours. Do not burn for more than four hours.
We use wooden wicks as they are slower burning than cotton wicks and self trimming. When you first light the candle it may take a while for the wick to light. If this happens, try lighting the wick near the base, close to the wax.
A Note About Concrete
Concrete is a naturally porous material, and during while burning your candle you may find some hairline cracks form. These are purely cosmetic, and will not affect your ability to burn the candle. If you experience more serious cracking, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. This issue does not affect candles in Jesmonite containers.
